We had a lightbulb moment. Surplus fabric piling up in our Jaipur workshop, too pretty to toss and too limited to reproduce. So what did we do? We cooked up the cheekiest, most fabulous summer gift for our favourite rebels. A little mystery, a lot of style, and 100% Bombaby magic.
Worth £50 (yes, really), our August ‘Gift With Purpose’ is a love letter to slow fashion, upcycling, and surprise-and-delight energy. Handmade from our bespoke block-printed offcuts, each gift is one-of-a-kind and entirely too good to keep secret.

Ethical | Bespoke | Handmade
Every Bombaby piece is a labour of love, not mass production. Designed in Rutland and handcrafted in Jaipur, our bespoke block print bedding and quilted accessories take 4–6 weeks to create - from hand-blocking and stitching, to quilting and their voyage from India to the UK.
Each fabric is printed to order by skilled artisans using the centuries-old technique of hand block printing - an intricate process where wooden blocks are hand-carved, dipped in natural dyes, and carefully pressed onto fabric, layer by layer. Because of this, you may notice small smudges, ink splashes, or slight variations in the print - these are not flaws, but the hallmarks of true craftsmanship.
To reduce waste, we also use surplus fabrics for linings, piping, and trims - so colours and patterns may vary slightly from batch to batch. This only adds to the bespoke, one-of-a-kind nature of our designs.
Unlike factory-made textiles, no two pieces are ever identical, making your item truly unique. These handcrafted details are a badge of authenticity, celebrating slow fashion, tradition, and artistry.
We also print to order to minimise waste and plant a tree for every purchase, helping to offset emissions.

Did you know? All of our bespoke neon prints are designed by us and then hand-printed slowly by our very own artisan team in Jaipur.
Most of our products take up to six weeks to make, from printing to stitching & final QC.
