Standard over £100: FREE (Tracked 48) 3-5 days
Speedy Standard: £4.95 (Tracked 24) 2-3 days
Express Delivery: £10* (Special Delivery) 1-2 days
*orders must be placed by 11am for next day delivery.
Please Note:
- We cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address provided is incorrect; please check all of your details before completing at checkout.
- If a signature is required, please ensure that some is available to sign for them at the address or that your safe place is clearly indicated.
- Orders placed at the weekend will be accepted on a Monday.
- In the instance that any order is incorrectly shipped to a customer in error, we would kindly request that this is returned to us. A postage label and free collection will be provided; any items not returned to us will be invoiced.
- In the instance that a parcel goes missing in transit, we are unable to refund the order until 7 working days after the expected delivery date, to ensure that ample time has been given for the item to arrive. If a refund is given and the item subsequently arrives, customers would be required to return it with a pre-paid returns label.
International Shipping: Standard Tracked Service
Standard Shipping up to 2kg: £15

- weights are calculated at checkout.
- all customs duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- the applicable charges are determined and charged by the customs office of the destination country.
- in the event of an item being disposed of by the courier company due to non payment of taxes, we are unable to send a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Hassle Free Returns:
- Our returns policy lasts 30 days; anything returned to us after that period of time will not be refunded.
- If you wish to return an item, please email us first on: sarah@bombaby.co.uk
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us in unused condition and in the same condition you received it, also in it's original packaging and within 30 days of receipt. The safe return of items is the responsibility of the customer; we are unable to refund for missing items or those that arrive damaged from transit. Proof of purchase must also be provided.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received, we will contact you to let you know that we have received your returned item; we will also notify you if your refund has been approved.
- If the return has been approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please remember that it can take 2-5 working days for your bank to process the refund.
- Sale items cannot be refunded; a credit note will be provided in this instance.
- Sale and Sample items are excluded from promotions and discount codes.
- When bundle discounts have been applied, if the full price item is subsequently returned and the offer items are kept, the difference will be deducted from the refund. Bundle discounts are only valid with purchased in conjunction with the full price offer item.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges can only be made if items are defective or damaged.
- If you wish to simply change for a different item, you would be advised to follow the returns process above and order a new item in a separate transaction. Just drop us a line if you need any help with this.
- Faulty or defective items will be replaced (with the same or similar product if out of stock); items will be shipped on receipt of the returned item. We may provide pre-paid returns labels in this instance.
Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for paying the return postage cost.
- If you are returning an item over £50 it is suggested that you use a tracked service; we cannot be responsible for returned items going missing in the post or arriving damaged.
