We cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address is incorrect; please check all of your details before completing at checkout.
If a signature is required, please ensure that some is available to sign for them at the address or that your safe place is clearly indicated.
Orders placed at the weekend will be accepted on a Monday.
    Returns & Exchanges
    Our returns policy lasts 30 days; anything returned to us after that period of time will not be refunded.
    If you wish to return an item, please email us first on:
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us in unused condition and in the same condition you received it, also in it's original packaging. Proof of purchase must also be provided.
    Once your return is received, we will contact you to let you know that we have received your returned item; we will also notify you if your refund has been approved.
    If the return has been approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please remember that it can take 2-5 working days for your bank to process the refund.
    Sale items cannot be refunded; a credit note will be provided in this instance.
      Exchanges can only be made if items are defective or damaged. If you wish to simply change for a different item, you would be advised to follow the returns process above and order a new item in a separate transaction.
      The customer is responsible for paying the return postage cost; original shipping costs are also non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
      If you are returning an item over £50 it is suggested that you use a tracked service; we cannot be responsible for returned items going missing in the post.
